lntermittent High-shear Dispersimg Emulsifier
The FRL series of batch high-shear dispersion emulsifiers represents a high-performance emulsification system. It features a unique stator and rotor structure at the lower section, which exerts intense high-shear dispersion and homogenizing emulsification on the materials. The middle section is equipped with high-speed dispersion blades that assist in the dispersion and homogenization process, effectively controlling the flow field and ensuring more thorough processing. The high-shear homogenizing dispersion and emulsification function efficiently, rapidly, and uniformly distributes one or multiple phases into another continuous phase, where typically these phases are immiscible. Due to the high tangential velocity and the powerful kinetic energy generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor, along with the high-frequency mechanical effects, the materials are subjected to intense mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal compression, layer friction, impact tearing, and turbulence within the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. This process, combined with mature processing techniques and the appropriate amount of additives, results in the instantaneous, uniform, and fine dispersion and emulsification of immiscible solid, liquid, and gas phases. Through high-frequency cyclic processing, a stable, high-quality product is ultimately achieved.
